One of the stranest projects I ever undertook was the creation of a working remote control famous grous model to take the kicking tee out to the Scottish national rugby team during international games... I began with the concept (above)
...I modelled the grouse in clay, detailed it, made a poly resin cast,
then painted...
...and finally onto the pitch for his first game Scotland Vs New Zealand All Blacks - note the capacity crowd! The commentator even mentioned it and asked for a shotgun.
Brilliant. I remember us all sat watching out for it in the match. ��
